To start, let me just say I LOVE WHAT I DO! Helping people and families get into homes is an incredibly rewarding experience and the reason I chose this career path. There is nothing better than seeing smiling faces at the settlement table.
As a seasoned mortgage professional, my goal is to help make the home mortgage process as easy for you as possible. I've been in the mortgage business now for over 20 years. In that time, I've worked for a few small brokerages, a fortune 500 builder as their preferred lender, several top retail lenders in the country and now the CMG Home Loans Team. My diverse background with the distinct types of companies has served me well in gaining industry knowledge and experience. This allows me to assist my clients in finding the best options for their situation with the highest quality and service. My mission is to stay true to myself and my customers and focus on providing them an incredible mortgage experience.
I am well-versed in many home loan programs including first-time homebuyer loans, down payment assistance and grants, FHA, VA, USDA, conventional loans, as well as non-conforming, jumbo and non-QM programs. I'm also a specialist in renovation and construction loans which is rare in the industry. Currently, I'm licensed to originate loans in Maryland, the District of Columbia, Florida, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina and Virginia, with a concentration in the Maryland counties of Anne Arundel, Calvert, Charles, St. Mary's, Prince George's, Baltimore/Baltimore City, Montgomery, Frederick, Carroll, Cecil, Harford, Queen Anne, Caroline, Kent, Dorchester, and Talbot.

On the personal side, I attended the University of Maryland - GO TERPS! - and grew up primarily in beautiful Southern Maryland. Prior to that I had the luxury of living all over the country (and world) being the son of a Naval Officer. I currently live in Huntingtown with my wife and two sons. When I'm not working or spending time with my family, you will probably find me in my yard, on the golf course or at a local sporting event. I am a member of the following organizations:
